Senior Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities: Analyze business needs and operational processes. Gather and document requirements (BRD, user stories, functional specs). Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business value. Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven insights for decision-making. Support implementation of digital solutions (AI/IoT). Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement. Collect user feedback and iterate product features accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Management. Minimum 3-5 years experience in business analysis, product management, product owner. Strong business and technical acumen will be preferred.
