Job Description
Product Group Manager will lead and oversee all commercial activities within the Non – Food category, especially in Apparel. Driving sales performance, strategic execution, and supplier partnerships will be mandatory needed across multiple divisions. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, this role combines high‑level strategic planning with hands‑on implementation and continuous improvement to achieve business growth and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Division Sales Review & Analysis
- Conduct regular (monthly/quarterly) sales reviews for each division.

- Identify trends, risks and opportunities; present actionable insights to leadership.

2. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and cascade key commercial strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.

- Ensure timely rollout and rigorous follow‑through of strategic initiatives.

3. Supplier Performance Management
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with core suppliers.

- Drive performance improvement through KPI setting, regular scorecards, and joint business planning.

4. Sales & Service Expansion
- Formulate and implement plans to broaden product offerings and after‑sales services.

- Liaise with marketing, operations and customer service teams to launch and support new programs.

5. Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, operations and marketing to ensure end‑to‑end execution.

- Act as the primary escalation point for commercial issues and roadblocks.

6. Performance Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee preparation of comprehensive performance reports (sales, margin, promotions, competitor activity).

- Lead post‑implementation reviews; identify lessons learned and drive process enhancements.

- Bachelor's Degree in any field or related work.

- 6-8 years+ experience with merchandising and supplier relationships.

- Good command of English communication skills.

- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to translate high‑level strategy into operational plans and deliver results.

- Analytical Thinking: Strong data‑driven decision‑making; adept at financial modeling and sales forecasting.

- Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Experience in negotiating and managing complex supplier agreements; excellent interpersonal skills.

- Execution Excellence: Track record of driving initiatives from concept through to successful implementation.

- Communication & Influence: Clear, persuasive communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
