Job Description

Job Description Monitor and analyze market situation, product strategic planning such as target customer, sales and marketing strategy, product positioning including pricing strategy. Monitor industry trends, competitor movement and regulatory changes. Explore new product opportunities and proposals by identifying market gaps, unmet customer needs, and emerging technologies to drive business growth. Conduct market research to collect and analyze customer insights. Provide detailed information of product specifications and highlighted features for marketing material such as product brochures, e-catalogue, sales kits and event collateral. Preparing industrial and market reports based on management requests. Monthly sales reports to the management. Develop and manage a comprehensive product launch checklist, ensuring all milestones are met before the go-to-market date. Lead the product introduction timeline, coordinating with all related functions to ensure a seamless and on-time launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, work closely and effectively with other departments to define product features, specifications and unique selling points. Support and execute product launch material with related functions; Digital Marketing, PR, Event and sales training team to achieve the target. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of market analysis, product strategy, and go‑to‑market planning. Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory environments. Solid knowledge of market research methods and customer insight analysis. Ability to identify market gaps, unmet customer needs, and new product opportunities. Good understanding of product positioning, pricing strategy, and value proposition. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare industrial, market, and sales reports. Capable of managing product launch processes and milestone tracking. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail with good project management and time‑management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
