Data Center Engineer

Monitor any equipment are hosted in dc / server-room Problem solver in dc general facility especially electrical, mechanical Perform documentation properly & accurately Able to follow rules & procedure consistently Perform BAU check in/out backup tape Follow up any ticket incident/change request and resolve the ticket timely manner Follow up backup/restore request as part of BAU user support Follow up file transfer in staging server as part of BAU user support Escort dc visitor Supervise preventive maintenance for dc facility: eq, cctv, accessdoor, fire protection, airflow Assign rack access Perform daily check of any equipment in dc / server-room Perform weekly inspection refer to standard checklist Perform stock opname and inventory all asset in dc / server-room monthly accurately D3/S1 degree in electrical engineering, or computer science. Relevant working experiences can override university degree 2 - 3 years working experience in relevant subject. Proficient in English written and oral Willing to work in shift and working in dc site Having certification in datacenter preferred, such as EPI dc framework, BNSP Pengelolaan data center. If no certification, committed to obtain the certification within 6 months after onboard Having softskills of proactive, team player & good communication Well known in datacenter system, include inspection, troubleshoot, problem solving Having knowledge in cooling, power & ups system Having knowledge in server, storage, network cabling Having knowledge to use testing equipment: multimeter, cable tester Having knowledge in Windows server, Server hardening, secure ftp/ssh Working experience in large dc deployment preferred
