The opportunity To be in-charge in cost accounting processes including prepares analyzes manufacturing expenses, inventory valuations and production efficiency to optimize costs and profitability, oversees month-end cost closures, variance analysis, standard cost updates, and manufacturing budget within prevailing local regulations and corporate policy with the objectives to ensure company profitability and to provide valuable business information to support management forecasting and budgeting. How you’ll spend your day Provide meaningful manufacturing costs analyses, inventory, and labor to provide detailed reports on profitability and operational efficiency. Manage physical inventory counts, reconciliations, and valuation analysis. Perform cost accounting closing activities and prepare necessary journal entries. Maintain and improve cost accounting systems, cost ledgers, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Provide required data analyses in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. Provide required manufacturing costing within the Controlling Report preparation especially related to the costing area In order to Provide profitability by segments and by products to the Company Perform regular inventory counts In order to Ensure that physical inventory matches to record Implement QEHS policy in the job area Your experience and qualifications University degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 5 years in cost accounting, plus 2 years of experience in business analysis role with outstanding performance and innovation track records or having similar skills and knowledge equivalent to that Pharmaceutical business understanding Manufacturing knowledge Marketing and Sales basic knowledge PSAK, Standard Costing Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
