Mixing Team Leader

Role & Functions: Lead and supervise daily mixing operations in line with production plans Manage team (Part Leaders & operators) to ensure smooth and safe execution Ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, and safety standards Monitor production performance and resolve process issues Coordinate with QC, Warehouse, PPIC, and Maintenance for smooth operations Control material usage, minimize losses, and improve yield Handle troubleshooting and escalate major issues when needed Review production reports, batch records, and documentation Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost Develop team capability through coaching and training Implement 5S/5R, GMP/CPKB, and maintain safety & hygiene standards Mixing Team Leader 📍 Ciracas, East Jakarta 🚀 Join Cosmax Indonesia – Shape the Future of Beauty Manufacturing! We are seeking a hands-on leader to lead our mixing operations and ensure high-quality production in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Mixing Team Leader, you will be based in Ciracas, East Jakarta, and play a critical role in driving operational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy, or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals/cosmetics manufacturing (mixing/process area preferred) Proven experience leading a team (30+ operators) Strong understanding of mixing process, weighing system, and production flow Familiar with GMP, ISO standards, and production documentation Disclaimer: Please note that this recruitment process includes face-to-face interviews conducted at our Ciracas (East Jakarta) facility.
