Experience Profile - 3–4 years experience in Network Administration / Network Operations - Experience supporting enterprise production network environments Technical Qualification Strong understanding of: - L2/L3 networking (VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP – conceptual to practical level) - Firewall configuration and security policies - VPN and remote connectivity solutions Hands-on experience with: - Switches and routers troubleshooting - Load balancer configuration (F5 LTM/GTM or equivalent) - Firewall rule management and NAT policy - DCI and inter-site connectivity troubleshooting - Packet capture and traffic analysis (e.g., Wireshark) - Network performance monitoring tools Familiar with: - Network security best practices - ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management - High availability and redundancy design concept
