About this Position
We are looking for a Creative Lead to oversee both In-app and Out-app creative functions, including digital campaigns, packaging design, and offline collaterals. This role will lead creative execution, ensure brand consistency, and manage high-volume creative projects across multiple business units.
Job Description
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
Lead the creative direction and execution for in-app campaigns, packaging design, and offline collaterals such as POSM, banners, brochures, and event materials
Translate business and marketing objectives into engaging creative concepts and visual outputs aligned with brand guidelines and performance goals
Ensure strong visual consistency and high creative standards across all consumer touchpoints
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Campaign, CRM, Product, and Production/Vendor teams to deliver campaigns on time and within scope
Develop creative concepts, campaign directions, layouts, and visual systems that balance brand aesthetics with performance objectives
Manage and mentor designers while maintaining efficient workflows, quality control, and end-to-end creative production processes
Oversee end-to-end creative production, including briefing, feedback cycles, quality control, and final output approvals
Continuously explore creative trends, cultural insights, and innovative ideas to bring fresh perspectives into the team
In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in creative/design roles, including 3 years in a leadership role
Strong portfolio across digital, packaging, and offline collateral design
Strong understanding of visual design, print production, packaging development, and material specifications
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus)
Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects and tight timelines
Creative, witty, culturally aware, and able to bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas
Open to candidates from both agency and in-house backgrounds
