Job Description
.Develop effective marketing and operational strategies to ensure target achievement across managed regions
Collaborate and coordinate across functions to align company strategies and objectives
Evaluate regional performance based on predetermined KPIs and provide recommendations for performance improvement
Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, such as banks and vendors, to support business expansion and operations
Ensure operational efficiency by implementing and evaluating applicable SOPs
Prepare and deliver periodic reports on target achievements and challenges encountered
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in Sales, with approximately 2 years of experience leading a large-scale (multi-regional) team
Experience or in-depth understanding of SaaS sales, POS, EDC, QRIS, and other payment systems
Proven experience in managing large-scale teams and data-driven business strategies
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external
Experience in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
