Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, Singapore, this role will offer an opportunity for you to broaden your knowledge and skills related to e-Commerce payment solutions as you will be tasked to lead payment gateway integrations, to provide technical support to clients by understanding their payment processing requirements and designing appropriate solutions and to maneuver internally to obtain the development resources necessary to meet merchant needs. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders locally and regionally which includes business partners, third party vendors and development teams to design and deliver IT solutions that enable the e-Commerce business unit to achieve results. Merchant Support, your primary responsibility will include but not limited to the following: - To support business development efforts during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales support by: - - providing technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders. - designing and presenting ecommerce solutions for clients and partners - conducting internal and external training - Point of contact point between technology team and business / product development - - team technical issues/bugs. - - Able to decipher/decoded merchant logs and troubleshoot. - - To review and coordinate the enhancement of partner solutions, also ensuring that relevant technical documentation and materials are up to date. - - To work with other teams within the company for multi-country solutions - - Assist with merchant integration and support integration related queries, deciphering/decoding merchant logs and troubleshoot - - Monitor daily batch jobs and operational functions within the systems - - Manage merchant helpdesk or merchant/customer issues and maintain work with technical teams to provide visibility on the issue and resolution (including providing the - - RCA). - - System monitoring and SLA follow ups. - - Assist with ad-hoc special projects integration and monitor stability (can be 24/7 for a period), specially for L1 cases - - 3 years working experience in payment, retail or IT solutions vendors - - Extensive pre-sales / post –sales or consulting experience - - Experience in fintech, payment gateway would be an advantage - - Ability to effectively prioritize tasks - - Dedication and commitment to problem resolution - - Strong customer focus, Proactive/Extrovert, Team Player - - MS Visual Studio 2013 - - Knowledge of SQL Statement - - API-based programming skills is an advantage - - Java, HTML, Desktop OS, Window Server - Interested candidates are invited to send your comprehensive resume with current and expected salary package via this job ad.
