IT Digital Product Owner Specialist

Responsibilities: Monitoring BAU processes, including allocating team resources to resolve user/stakeholder issues in accordance with the defined SLA Gather, analyze, and document business process requirements from users and stakeholders related to application development Develop application page design concepts and define the functionality of each menu in the backlog, ensuring alignment with the user journey Conduct testing for each application feature based on the backlog, user journey, and tickets, following the prepared test scenarios Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, IT, or related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Business Analyst A detail oriented person with a background as an IT Fluency in English is essential, Microsoft Office, advance with JIRA and SQL
