This is a part-time, on-site role for an Operations Planning Manager / Client Relationship Manager. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high service standards. Key responsibilities include developing and executing operational plans, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The position also involves managing client communications, understanding client needs, and ensuring consistent service delivery. Qualifications
