Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for an Operations Planning Manager / Client Relationship Manager. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high service standards. Key responsibilities include developing and executing operational plans, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The position also involves managing client communications, understanding client needs, and ensuring consistent service delivery. Additionally, the role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving operational challenges, preparing reports, and contributing to initiatives that improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall operational performance. Qualifications · Strong understanding of operations planning and client relationship management · Knowledge of performance monitoring, service delivery standards, and process improvement · Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements · Proficiency in reporting tools, spreadsheets, and performance tracking systems · Strong organizational and problem-solving skills · Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and client management practices · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment · Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams · Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting abilities
