Job Description
Our client is a global MNC in industrial equipment spanning across various sectors. This role presents huge growth opportunities across the APAC region.
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy across Southeast Asia (Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia), with a strong focus on market entry, expansion, and revenue growth
Identify, develop, and manage new sales channels, distributors, and strategic partners to strengthen market presence across the region
Drive new business development activities, including market mapping, lead generation, and targeting key sectors such as water & wastewater, agriculture, industrial processing, and energy
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling both technical and commercial discussions, and working closely with internal engineering and project teams where required
Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on long-term account development and repeat business
Represent the business at industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, including opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and customer interactions
Provide sales forecasting and pipeline visibility, ensuring alignment with regional revenue targets
Prepare and present weekly sales reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership
Conduct regular travel across Southeast Asia for client meetings, partner development, and project discussions
