As a licensed Strata Manager (Community Manager), you will be responsible for the relationship management with our strata council clients, handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio. Responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes

- Onboarding new stratas complexes as new contracts are confirmed

- Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner

- Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manner

- Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evening meetings required), and following up with accurate minutes

- Administering financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices

- A valid Strata Property Management License from BCFSA is required

- A positive and enthusiastic, hands-on approach and be driven by delivering exceptional client service

- Ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities and meet precise deadlines and manage clients’ expectations

- Ability to work well independently and within a team

- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

- Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to strata corporation
