Associate Software Engineer

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational Engineering Consultancies company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years’ experience in full stack development with cloud-based software projects for the job of Associate Software Engineering . The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Key job responsibilities include: Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver scalable software solutions across multiple regions Contribute to the growth of the internal development function, with a focus on automation and enterprise scalability Support end-to-end technical implementation across the software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, development, deployment, and ongoing support Provide input into product strategy and the technical roadmap Design, develop, and deliver new digital solutions and offerings Apply technical expertise to leverage modern software tools and technologies Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, and stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor’s degree in ICT or a related discipline 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer covering cloud-based software development, web applications, API integrations, distributed systems, software security, and databases Strong experience with C#, .NET, MVC, Blazor, React, JavaScript, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in delivering high-availability software solutions Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across different countries and time zones Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with additional programming languages such as Python is a plus Proven team leadership experience and strong people skills
