- Develop brand strategies and positioning aligned with F&B trends, with a focus on Japanese dining concepts.
- Translate market and consumer insights into clear communication and activation plans.
- Lead creative direction to ensure consistent visual and verbal brand identity, reflecting authentic Japanese nuances.
- Manage end-to-end brand campaigns, including partnerships and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor brand performance and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in branding or strategic marketing, preferably in F&B.
- Strong strategic thinking with a sharp sense of visuals and trends.
- Skilled in market analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about the F&B industry.
- Interest in Japanese culture and experience handling Japanese restaurant brands will be an advantage.
