Job Scope
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Judge / Junior Auditor to support multimedia data labeling, annotation, and quality review tasks for French-language content. This role is critical to improving search and multimedia understanding across French-speaking markets by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
This is a part-time, project-based role with a fixed weekly schedule.
Language Requirement
- Professional proficiency in French (spoken and written)

- Ability to understand regional French dialects and cultural context is a plus

Key Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Improve search engine results across global markets, with emphasis on regional languages and dialects (French language expertise required)

- Perform raw data labeling in your language expertise (French) or area of linguistic expertise

- Handle speech recognition, image annotation, and video annotation tasks

- Understand, monitor, review, track, analyze, and evaluate data generated by your language team on the UHRS platform

- Respond and adapt quickly to changing project priorities and business needs

- Maintain high attention to detail and uphold strong quality standards in all deliverables

- Analyze data relationships across datasets and identify opportunities for process and quality improvements

- Communicate findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to relevant teams

- Monitor performance trends and ensure consistency in data quality outputs

- Conduct research on various entities, tools, and datasets to support project requirements

- Interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights for project improvement

- Process batches of data by labeling, categorizing, and manipulating them based on project guidelines

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across multiple projects to present data quality metrics and identify new attributes for evaluation

Rates
- Compensation Model: Hourly rate

- Hourly Rate: $3 – $4 USD per hour

- Payment Frequency: Biweekly

- Onboarding & Payment Platform: Deel.com (all contractors will be onboarded and paid exclusively via Deel)

Schedule & Time Zone Requirements
- Minimum hours per week: 20 hours

- Training period: Must be available in PST (Pacific Time) for training sessions

- Core working hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST (full adherence expected)

- Flexibility: No; schedule is fixed during the engagement period
