Job Description
1. Analyse client requirements and design HRIS solutions to meet their specific needs
2. Implement and configure HRIS software to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
3. Provide comprehensive training and support to clients on the use of HRIS tools and functionalities
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or queries related to the HRIS
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance and improve the HRIS offerings
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions
Minimum 1 years of experience as an HRIS Consultant or in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of HR information systems and their integration with other business applications
Strong technical skills with the ability to configure and customise HRIS software
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve client issues
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
Familiarity with HR best practices and the ability to recommend process improvements
Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field
