Job Description

Business Development (BD) Supervisor What you will do We are currently looking for a BD Supervisor. In this role, you will drive the achievement of business objectives by leading sales initiatives, expanding client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth across the company’s business development and sales functions.Take a look at some of the key responsibilities for this role: - Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing pipelines, converting leads, and closing deals. - - Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach. - - Strengthen client relationships by maintaining regular communication, understanding client needs, and providing solutions that deliver value. - - Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure the company remains competitive and agile. - - Implement and own OKRs/targets to align with company revenue goals. - - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to support business growth and client success. - - Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health to management regularly. - - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by business needs. - Requirements and specifications : In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area.
