Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
To make the strategy of brand awareness and inventing the market to sell the company’s product of Cardiovascular.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing the product strategic planning, executing and monitoring all marketing and communications plans, programs and activities in support of the business to develop and strengthen market positioning and enhance profitability for the Company’s products and services in existing and new businesses.
Responsible to develop, plan and implement marketing communication strategy using various communications tools and techniques consistent with the brand/product strategies.
Achieve sales budget and product profit goals within allocated marketing resources, including achievement of targeted market share.
Manage A&M budgets for brand effectively.
Responsible for sales and inventory forecast planning and monitoring.
Track and analyze competitor’s product strategy and performance of the Company’s portfolio as well as conceptualize and implement product strategy and programs consistent with long-term business objectives.
Understand, anticipate, and shape customer needs and use fact-based research to identify market opportunities.
Managing relationship with Key Opinion Leaders, developing advocates for the brand/s and external customers.
Localize, develop and deliver product training to internal and external parties when required. Provide coaching and training on disease knowledge, product knowledge and brand strategy to sales force to ensure successful brand performance.
Collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders across all functions.
Proactively collaborate with Regional team in creatively adapting regional strategy to local context.
Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legislation, industry codes, ethical standards, and company policies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and make improvements or changes as necessary to ensure that return on investment is maximized.
Prepare monthly report on product movement and result of promotional activities for line manager in timely manner.
Evaluate and conduct analysis for new product opportunities.
Lead external agency teams in development and execution of DTC (direct to consumer) communication campaigns and manage external reporting to effectively optimize campaigns ROI.
Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, channel strategy, and product launch
QUALIFICATION
Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
Preferably experience of managing Primary Care and other ethical products
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Medicine, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
Fluent in both oral and written English
Proven track record in handling product and brand management in pharmaceutical industries.
Have a strong spirit to learn new things
Have a positive mindset, with can do attitude and strong personality
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.
Independent, passionate, proactive and performance driven.
Strong sense of commitment and dedication, with sense of urgency to get things done and results-driven attitude.
Have a strong presentation skill
Willing to do business trip
Self initiated.
