Job Description

Responsibilities - Lead revenue and growth initiatives, such as pricing optimization, partnership schemes, marketing improvements, product growth, and collaborate with the respective teams - - Handle and generate inbound and outbound leads - - Search for potential leads as our new client through email, call, event, social media especially LinkedIn and business networks - - Manage and cascade the department’s business strategy & work planning - - Develop, assess and align the team’s multiple business development strategic roadmap with direct commercial contributions - - Collaborate with cross department to identify levers for achieving business performance targets - - Provide support in discussions and negotiations with internal partners from other divisions and external partners to review arrangements and commercial contracts - - Develop team’s capabilities in analysis and set up norms and system to effectively collect and document market knowledge as well as to ensure excellence in business operational process - - Oversee the overall process of the department’s financial monitoring and analysis - - Know intimately the details on clients journey end-to-end from outbound to onboarding class to class completion - Requirements - Min. bachelor degree in business management, finance, economics or STEM fields from reputable universities - - Expertise in Software as a Service or Technology Solution - - Min. 5 years of relevant B2B sales working experience in high-growth startup, multinational technology companies or top multinational companies - - Min 4 years of leading a team of 5-10 people - - Abilitiy to speak fluently in business setting in Bahasa and English is required - - A strong drive to make things happen, charismatic and has the ability to influence in a multicultural setting - - Proven ability to meet and exceed business target - - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential remedies for corrective or preventive actions - - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead discussions on problem identifications and recommendation evaluations - - Proven project management capability to drive complex and ambiguous projects from end-to-end - - A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the dynamic industry and a strong drive to make things happens - Connect with Us Make yourself updated with Cakap & Cakap Squad activities by follow our social media at: Instagram: @lifeatcakap @cakapcom Twitter : @cakapcom Tiktok : @cakapcom LinkedIn: linkedin.com/company/cakap
