Superintendent - Construction

Path Construction is seeking a qualified Superintendent to join our team in the Chicago, IL area. We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor headquartered in Arlington Heights, IL, with additional offices in Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; and Phoenix, AZ. Our projects span across the country. This role is suited for someone with 5+ years of construction management experience who is comfortable leading field operations across a variety of project types. The Superintendent plays a critical role in managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and at a high level of quality. We are seeking individuals with strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of construction means and methods across multiple trades. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion - - Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel - - Maintain project schedules and ensure work is progressing on time - - Oversee site safety and enforce company safety standards and procedures - - Manage quality control and ensure work meets project specifications - - Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders - - Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track - - Support project teams with coordination, logistics, and overall execution - Founded in 2008, Path Construction delivers a wide range of construction services across multiple regions nationwide.
