Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Sales Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow market presence and achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include creating marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product positioning and market share. The Sales Marketing Manager will also oversee market data analysis and ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Market Analysis, and Campaign Management Skills in Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Project Management Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Ability to analyze market trends and conduct data-driven decision-making Proven experience within sales and marketing roles; experience in the relevant industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset
