Job Description

What You’ll Do Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to find prospects Handle assigned leads for Local Business Optimization Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls using approved scripts Explain product value, features, and outcomes clearly to local business owners Build trust through consultative and professional communication Update CRM, schedule follow-ups, and hand over qualified leads to Consultants Follow sales process, call flow, and response time standards What You’ll Get Hands-on sales experience with real local business prospects Continuous coaching, call reviews, and roleplay sessions Opportunity to grow into a full-closing Local Business Consultant Exposure to productized sales in a professional sales environment Base Salary (Gaji Pokok) Incentive/commision What We Need From You Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales, telesales, or consulting (experience selling to business owners is a plus) Willingness to learn Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance reviews Able to use CRM tools and maintain accurate sales records Ready to grow from qualification-focused selling into closing responsibility Strong communication skills with a consultative mindset
