Job Description
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to orders, deliveries, and products. • Return & Refund Case Management: Manage return and refund cases from marketplaces (Shopee & Tiktok). Communicate with buyers and investigate all returned parcels. Make a decision for each case that leads to a win-win situation and minimizes the negative impacts. • Account Management: Independently manage and maintain stores across various e-commerce marketplaces. Ensure products listings, pricing, promotions, and store information are accurate and up to date. Monitor store performance and support daily operational activities.
