π― Responsibilities
Manage and grow strategic key accounts and long-term client relationships
Serve as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth and client retention
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and execution
Track account performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership

Requirements
Experience in key account management, sales, or client-facing leadership roles
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven track record in revenue growth and account expansion
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex accounts
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore
Fluent in English

Experience managing enterprise or regional (SEA/APAC) accounts
Background in B2B sales, consulting, or agency environments
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
