Digital Transformation Lead

Role Purpose The Digital Transformation Lead partners with business functions to identify, shape, and drive technology-enabled initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen capabilities, and create measurable business value. This role serves as a bridge between business and technology teams, supporting transformation programs from opportunity assessment through implementation, while ensuring adoption and sustainable impact. The role is ideal for a transformation professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoys solving business challenges through digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Transformation Partnership Partner with business stakeholders to identify digital and process transformation opportunities aligned with business priorities. Translate business challenges into practical digital solutions and transformation roadmaps. Support business case development, including value drivers, ROI assumptions, and success measures. Transformation Delivery Lead or coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives from design through implementation. Work closely with product, technology, data and business teams to ensure effective execution and adoption. Monitor initiative outcomes and support value realization tracking. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Bring forward ideas on emerging technology, automation, data, and digital capabilities to improve business performance. Support pilot initiatives, innovation use cases, and process improvement opportunities. Promote digital ways of working and adoption across stakeholders. Governance & Program Coordination Support transformation portfolio tracking, initiative prioritization, and governance forums. Coordinate with PMO / governance teams on project visibility, risks, dependencies and investment planning. Contribute to structured transformation management practices across functions. Qualifications & Experience 7–10 years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, business technology, strategy execution, or program management. Experience delivering transformation initiatives across business and technology stakeholders. Background from consulting firms, transformation offices, or large matrix organizations is highly valued. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer businesses is a plus. Strong track record in driving initiatives with measurable business impact.
