We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior School Partnership Strategic to support the development of strategic institutional partnerships and expand Gentem Group’s business opportunities through schools, universities, communities, and other key stakeholders. ✨ What You’ll Be Doing: Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with schools, universities, educational institutions, communities, and strategic partners aligned with Gentem’s growth objectives. Support the development of partnership pipelines by conducting outreach, coordinating meetings, managing follow-ups, and maintaining strong engagement with prospective partners. Contribute to opening new revenue funnels and institutional collaboration opportunities that support student acquisition, brand expansion, and business growth across Gentem Group brands. Plan and execute partnership activations, school visits, seminars, workshops, and collaborative events to strengthen relationships and generate leads. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Center Operations, and Product/Experience teams to ensure partnership initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes. Experience managing relationships with schools, universities, communities, or institutional partners is highly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Highly proactive, target-driven, and execution-oriented with strong follow-up discipline. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a strong plus.
