Job Description

Job Title - Frontend Engineer (React) Location - Atlanta, GA Experience - 4+ years About the Role We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who thrives at the intersection of great UI, strong engineering fundamentals and product thinking. You’ll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build responsive, scalable, and delightful user experiences using React and modern frontend technologies. This role is ideal for someone who can own features end-to-end, adapt quickly and balance speed with quality. Responsibilities Build and maintain high-quality, reusable UI components using React Translate product and design requirements into polished, user-friendly interfaces Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing frontend systems Stay up to date with modern frontend tools, patterns, and frameworks Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar) Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and frontend performance Solid grasp of Git and collaborative development workflows Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Nice to Have Experience with TypeScript Familiarity with Next.js, Vite, or similar frameworks Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) Experience working with design systems or component libraries Basic understanding of backend concepts or APIs Prior exposure to Agile / Scrum environments What We’re Looking For Strong problem-solving mindset Good communication and collaboration skills Product-oriented thinking you care about why you’re building something Ability to move fast without breaking things Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
