Senior Manager – HR Business Partner General Job Information - Job Title: Senior Manager, HR Business Partner - - Department: Human Resources - - Reporting Line: TBC - - Location: King Faisal Specialized Hospital / Riyadh, KSA - - Job Grade: TBC - Role Summary The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and culture initiatives aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Workforce Planning & Organization Design - Lead workforce planning exercises aligned with business growth and operational needs - - Design organizational structures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and clarity - - Partner with leadership on manpower planning and workforce optimization - 2. Talent Management & Performance Excellence - Lead end-to-end performance management cycles including calibration and differentiation - - Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development - - Identify high-potential talent and support development planning - 3. Culture, Engagement & Change Management - Design and implement engagement and culture initiatives aligned with organizational values - - Support transformation and change management initiatives - - Analyze engagement data and drive targeted interventions - 4. Leadership Advisory & Business Partnering - Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters - - Support decision-making on promotions, restructuring, and talent risks - - Guide leaders in building high-performing teams - 5.
