Position Objective:
To lead and manage strategic partnerships with key modern trade accounts at a group level, driving sustainable sales growth, profitability, and long-term collaboration. The role aims to ensure consistent execution of commercial strategies across all business units, while identifying growth opportunities and enhancing customer experience through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle budget and achieve business objectives such as sales growth,profit target and market shared etc.
Plan and implement promotional strategies and tactics related to the company.
Negotiate on price,costs,delivery and specifications with buyers.
Negotiate in term of agreement.
Market and competitors analysis
sales activities plan (Monthly and yearly)
Sales analysis for sales volumes improvement.
Maintain and build relationship with customer.
Drive business outcome in modern trade .
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management with modern trade, preferably in FMCG.
Strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management.
Excellent communication and cross-functional team coordination skills.
Controlling sales performance to ensure achievement of sales target.
