Job Description

Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc., a leading provider of services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, is dedicated to fostering independence, inclusion, and personal growth for our participants. We are currently seeking a full-time Associate  Clinical Director to support our clinical leadership team across California. The Associate Clinical Director plays a critical leadership role in supporting the oversight of ABA and developmental services, ensuring high-quality clinical care, and driving positive outcomes for individuals served. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Regional Clinical Director and ensuring effective oversight of clinical operations across programs and service locations. Working closely with senior leadership, this position will provide supervision to BCBAs and RBTs, assist with program development, and ensure consistency in treatment implementation across all service settings. Key Responsibilities Clinical Supervision & Oversight - Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs and RBTs to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis - - Support the implementation and monitoring of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment programs - - Review client progress through data collection, graph analysis, and clinical assessments - - Deliver ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to clinical staff - - Conduct field-based supervision across home, clinic, and community settings - Program Support & Development - Assist in the development and refinement of ABA programs and clinical initiatives - - Support functional behavior assessments (FBAs), functional analyses (FAs), and preference assessments - - Collaborate with the Program team and Regional Clinical Director to ensure consistency and effectiveness of service delivery - - Contribute to program expansion and service quality improvements - Staff Training & Development - Provide training on evidence-based practices, including Behavior Skills Training (BST) - - Support onboarding and ongoing professional development of clinical staff - - Facilitate case reviews and clinical discussions with BCBAs - Communication & Collaboration - Maintain regular communication with families, funders, and caregivers, including bi-weekly check-ins - - Participate in weekly clinical meetings to review caseloads and treatment progress - - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care - Compliance & Quality Assurance - Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board - - Maintain compliance with California regulations and payer requirements - - Review clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance - - Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in ABA. - Qualifications - Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field - - Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification (required) - - Active California Behavior Analyst licensure (required) - - Minimum of 5 years post certification clinical experience, including supervision of other BCBAs - - Minimum of 3 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred - - Strong skills in data analysis, clinical documentation, and treatment planning - - Ability to navigate in ambiguity and has an "all hands on deck" attitude   - - Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills - - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally. - Benefits - Salary: $110k- $115k/ Annually. - - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance  - - Life Insurance  - - 401(k) Retirement Plan  - - Paid Time Off -
